You might have spied my card "in progress" on last week's Bellariffic Friday post photo of the messy table :) 
I used several of the colours from the inspiration photo for my card. Again, I was just playing at the time and didn't keep track of the exact colours of my sprays. I started by spraying a few different colours of Dylusions sprays over the Sun Ray stencil and of course my new fav, crème brulee cream as the final spray for the perfect sunshine sparkle.
Then I
stamped Seniorita Harriet onto Bella's Bestest paper
with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured her with copics. I fussy cut her out and popped her up so she looks like she's just floating in the water. I added some glossy accents to her glasses...wait, are those glasses or goggles? :)
