The Littles Skating party

I think today is the first Bellariffic Friday of 2018, well I hope so because I'm using all Stamping Bella images :)

Today's card features the Littles collection.  I wanted to make it look like a skating party so used the Skating Rink Backdrop, The Littles Figure Skaters and for the tiny little penguin I used on of the images from the Little Bits Skating Quartet.   

I stamped the background with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  It was really super fast to colour up.  Next I stamped the skaters and the penguin and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

I popped them up for some dimension and added a bow to the top of the card - I think it looks like a picture now :)

Bellariffic Friday - Mojobella sketch 36

I took a little break from stamping - courtesy of a nasty cold that turned into bronchitis!  I'm feeling much better now and wanted to play along with this week's Bellariffic Friday sketch.  

I stamped the image Tiny Townie Frida Loves Frosty with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I added lots of glitter to the trim on her coat and three little dots finished it off.

Bellariffic Friday - Inspiration Challenge #10

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was this beautiful fall photo.

For my card I used the sweet Tiny Townie Fay Loves Fall.  

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I used the coordinating die to cut her out and then fussy cut some of the extra leaves off.  The sentiment is from Uptown Girl Serena Has A Sign.

Bellariffic Friday - Use a circle

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was Use a Circle.  I used several circles, in my pattern paper, my background for the images and the sentiment.

I stamped those crazy Skating Chicks with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured them with copics.  I used the coordinating dies to cut them out and popped them up on a background circle.  The sentiment comes with the three chick images.

Bellariffic Friday - Mojobella Sketch 34

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we had Mojobella sketch #34 to work with.

I stamped the Littles with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured them with copics.  I added the sentiment from the new Holiday Sentiment set - there are so many wonderful sentiments in this set!

Bellariffic Friday - Kitty Loves Halloween

It's Bellariffic Friday and amidst all the excitement with the teasers going on I'm here with my card and a reminder that's it's the first Friday of the month so that means 20% off the image of the month and this month we feature Uptown Girl Kitty Loves Halloween.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I added lots of sparkle with the glitter paper and wink of stella pen.  I stamped the sentiment that comes with the image on the inside and mimicked the scallop square from the front.

Bellariffic Friday - Chocolate

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was one of my favourite things....chocolate....either in the image, the paper, the colours, your choice.  I chose to make a chocolate cake and Tiny Townie Bree Loves Buttercream was the perfect image.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I added sparkle to her dress with some Wink of Stella and also to her crown.

Bellariffic Friday - Create your own background

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was to create your own background.  I'm still relatively new to the whole distress ink game, but gave it a try for my Christmas card.

I used Tumbled Glass distress ink and covered it with some snowflakes embossed with iridescent ice embossing powder.  Then I sprayed it with Frost Shimmer Mist.  I made the snowbanks from a die and added a generous swipe of glitter to them.  It's hard to capture the sparkle in this card but trust me, it's there.

I stamped the image, Snowman with a Chick on Top, with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured him with copics.  I used the coordinating die to cut him out and popped him up for some dimension.  Here's a close up of all the sparkle!

Bellariffic Friday - Mojobella Sketch 33

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we had another Mojobella sketch to work with.  

I rotated the sketch to work with my image, Marching Chick.  The image is available with a coordinating die so this card came together quite quickly.  So quickly, in fact, that I made two versions.  I plan on mailing them to England so had to keep the embellishments to a minimum to keep Canada Post happy!  

I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured them with copics.  I used the coordinating die to cut them out and on the first one I added a trio of enamel dots and on the second one I added the sentiment that comes with the image.

Bellariffic Friday (on a Saturday) - Free Form

I hope you've been enjoying the teasers this week and there's more for the rest of the weekend!  All the new images will be available (with matching dies) on September 4th. 

Yesterday I showed two more of my teaser cards so today it's my Bellariffic Friday on a Saturday :).  This week the challenge was Free Form so anything goes.  It's also the first Friday of the month so that means another image at 20% off for the entire month.  This month's image is perfect for the fall season we're heading for.....TinyTownie Autumn Loves Autumn.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured her with copics.  I added the sentiment that comes with the image beside her and added some small white dots to the mushroom with some Nuvo Crystal drops.

Bellariffic Friday - Inspiration Challenge #8

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we had another Inspiration Challenge.  

This photo made me think of after school milk and cookies.  It's almost back to school time so I inked up Tiny Townie Penelope has a Pencil and used the colours in the inspiration photo.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured her with copics.  I used a white gel pen to add some dots to her shirt.  The strip of "ABC" pattern paper was perfect for the back to school theme and I finished the card off with a trio of enamel dots.

Bellariffic Friday - Thank You/Thinking of You

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was to make a Thank You or Thinking of You card.  It was perfect timing for me as I needed a Thank You card for Danabella!  I've just come back from a lovely visit with her where I spent many hours lounging in the pool....just like my card featuring Tiny Townie Frances Loves to Float!

I stamped the image, along with her sunglasses, flip flops and the sun with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured them all with copics.  I used the coordinating dies to cut them all out and then popped them up on the new Beach Backdrop scene.  I watched Elaineabella's video (click here to view it) on how to colour the beach backdrop and I'm pretty happy how it turned out.  I added some glossy accents to her sunglasses and on the inside I stamped one of the sentiments from the Summer Sentiment Set and another pair of flip flops beside it.

Bellariffic Friday - Inspiration Challenge #7

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we had this photo to use as our inspiration.

It was the perfect summer photo and I used the colours and the beach for my inspiration.  I stamped Edna Loves the Ocean with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I used the coordinating die to cut her out and then carefully cut off her wings!  I promise, it didn't hurt her - LOL. 

The background was done with the new Beach Backdrop stamp and I followed Elaineabella's fab tutorial here for a different look.  I popped Edna up and added a good coat of glossy accents to her sunglasses and boy do they shine!  

I finished it off with a sentiment from the new Summer Sentiment set on a little banner with some enamel dots.

Bellariffic Friday - Christmas in July

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was "Christmas in July".  I used Tiny Townie Skylar Loves To Skate which comes with the little pond for her to skate on too!

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured her with copics. I used the coordinating die to cut her and the pond out.  On the pond I added a generous layer of glossy accents.  The background is embossed with a snowflake embossing folder and I added some rhinestones to the middle of some of the snowflakes.  I added a larger clear snowflake at the top with another glittery large rhinestone.

Bellariffic Friday - Mojobella Sketch 31 - Happy Birthday Christal!

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we have Mojobella Sketch 31 to work with.

Today is extra special as it's my friend Christal's birthday today so I used the sketch for her birthday card.  Christal mentioned that she loved this image and I know she loves purple...so here's her card.

I stamped the image, Tiny Townie Garden Girl Carnation with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I added a mist of shimmer spray to the green cardbase and you can just see a bit of it.  Of course, her little dress had lots of sparkle too from my Wink of Stella pen.

Bellariffic Friday - Free Form

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was Free Form.  It's also the first Friday of the month so that means another image on sale (20% off) for the whole month.  This month we are featuring the lovable Petunia has a Party.  

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I sponged some very soft clouds in the sky and then added a few cloud shapes popped up.  Petunia needed some grass to roll in so I added two layers made with a grass die.  

On the inside I stamped the sentiment that comes with the image.

Bellariffic Friday - Shaker card or spinner card AND RELEASE DAY!!

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was to make a shaker or a spinner card.  It was an easy choice for me because I LOVE shaker cards!

I stamped the image, The Bunny Wobble and the Peony, with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I used the matching die to cut it out and popped it up in the corner of my shaker.  The shaker was made with a scallop die and I added lots of different colours and sizes of sequins and beads.  I love that some of the stars stuck to the front on their own - LOL!  It's hard to take a good picture of a shaker card because everything falls to the bottom but here's a picture of the card laying flat showing more of the sequins.
