I'm back with another birthday card! This one uses our Stamp of the Month, Petunia has a Party, available at 20% off for July.
I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics. I sponged some clouds in the sky and kept the rest of the card embelleshment-free, as I was mailing this one! Rest assured, there is glitter on the hats - LOL - and I added some white dots too. On the inside I stamped the sentiment that comes with Petunia.
