Bellariffic Friday - Sketch 13 and a small 'oops'

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we had another sketch to work with along with the 20% off image for the whole month of July which is one of the oh SO sweet Hoppy Poppy images - "Thank You Hoppy Poppy".

I made a small "oops" here because I got so excited to use Hoppy Poppy that I forgot the sketch!  So I made another card which you'll see below using the proper sketch :)

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured her with copics.  The layout is SSSC267 and I popped her up for some dimension.  The background is done with Diagonal Stripes Background stamp (MFT).  The paper is MME Lime Twist Life of the Party.
Now here's the card I made using this weeks' sketch:)
I stamped the new Close Ups "I Do" image with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured it with copics.  This was for my Mum's friend and the wedding colours were pale blues.  I used the Lattice embossing folder for the background and added a Fishtail Flag and paper doiley.  Of course there is glitter on her wedding gown!  The papers are Bashful Blue and Going Gray.  On the inside I stamped the sentiment that comes with the image.

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is USE ANY CHRISTINE GROVE IMAGE.  We hope you'll get stamping with us. It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

Bellariffic Friday - Inspiration Tea Party

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we had a lovely inspiration photo to work with.

I went with the teacups inspiration and used the sweet Maisy and Madeline have some tea.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured it with copics.  The paper is Lilybeedesign "Double Dutch".  I kept the layout very simple, using just the Fishtail Flags die-namics and added a tiny bit of sparkle with my Wink of Stella pen.

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week onBlogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is another sketch and the first Friday of the month so there will be a sweet image (hint, hint) on sale at 20% off,  that all the Babes will be featuring!

We hope you'll get stamping with us. It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

Bellariffic Friday - Sketch 12

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we had another great sketch for our challenge.

I was asked to make a 1st Birthday card and I knew the perfect image -  Baby Bow.  I personalized it with her perfect hair colour :)

I stamped Baby Bow onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured the image with copics.  The paper is MME "Happy Day".  I made the little doily medallion using Mini Delicate Doilies and the yellow cardstock is embossed with the Swiss dot embossing folder.  I added lots of glitter to her tutu and the #1.

On the inside I stamped a sentiment from Serena has a Sign.  I love that Emily's sentiments are so versatile you can mix them up with other images.

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is an inspiration photo so use anything from the photo that inspires you!

It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

Bellariffic Friday - Anything Goes, Part II

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we copied last week's "Anything Goes" challenge :).  It's also the first Friday of the month so that means a 20% off sale on any of the BIG WORDS all month!  You can check them out here and you should know that they all come with a quote for the outside of your card AND one for the inside too!

I  love this line of stamps because your card comes together in record time - no colouring!  I love colouring but sometimes you just need a quick card and these Big Words are perfect.  I stamped Ridiculously Brilliant onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and sponged around the oval with some Antique Linen Distress ink.  The paper is Girls Paperie Vintage Whimsy with some SU Certainly Celery and Pretty in Pink cardstock.  I kept the layout really simple, just some matching pink ribbon with a bow and that was it!

The inside was easy with the matching sentiment.

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is ANYTHING BUT A CARD and we hope you'll get stamping with us.

It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

TEASER ALERT.....Tiny Townie Hailey the Superhero!

I have a teaser for you from the new Tiny Townies line!  I absolutely LOVE this image and can imagine so many uses for it - birthday, thank you, courage, friendship - the list goes on and on.  Meet Hailey the Superhero!

I stamped Hailey onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured her with copics.  For her glasses I had to add some sparkle with my Wink of Stella pen and of course some crystal effects.

I embossed the orange background with a large circle stencil.  The sentiment "be your own hero" comes with the image and I punched that out then added a rhinestone.

Be sure to check out the Stampingbella blog for more teasers!

Bellariffic Friday - Anything Goes

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we didn't have a specific challenge or sketch, it was "Anything Goes", so I inked up this sweet little elephant called I Heart You!

I stamped I Heart You onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured the image with copics.  I stamped and cut out another balloon and popped it up so it was outside the image.  Of course, it has lots of sparkle from my Wink of Stella pen, as does her tutu!  The papers are SU Sahara Sand and MME "Memorable".

On the inside I stamped the sentiment that comes with the image.

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  We're keeping the same for next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge "ANYTHING GOES" and we hope you'll get stamping with us.

It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

TEASER ALERT.....Tiny Townie Dorothy again

I'm so excited to show you another card I made using sweet "Dorothy the Dreamer" from the new Tiny Townies line!

I love how she is so deep into her book she doesn't realize she's not alone :)

There is a sentiment that comes with this image "may all your dreams come true" which is perfect and can be used for birthdays or weddings - I love the sentiments Emily comes up with - so versatile!

The paper is BoBunny Surprise Collection.  I fussy cut Dorothy out and mounted her onto some kraft cardstock that I had stamped with the Romantic Script background stamp.  It seemed perfect for the book/reading theme.  A bit of ribbon and some crystal effects on her glasses finished off my card.

Be sure to check out the rest of the Bellababes for teasers and of course, Blogabella

TEASER ALERT.....Tiny Townie Dorothy the Dreamer

It's teaser time!  I'm so excited to show you an image from the new Tiny Townies line.....meet "Dorothy the Dreamer"!

I love Emily's story of how these Tiny Townies came to life!  Click here if you missed it.  And I hope you're checking out the Stampingbella website each day for sneek peeks and a chance to win the new images!  These Tiny Townies are super cute!!

I stamped Dorothy the Dreamer onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured her with copics.  I mounted the image onto a scallop square and just added a bit of ribbon, so the focus is on Dorothy and her buddy.  I think she's the monster in Dorothy's story come to life but of course she's a friendly monster - just look at that flower in her hair and those pretty purple horns.  She has to be friendly!

There is a sentiment that comes with Dorothy and I stamped that on the inside of the card.

Be sure to check out the rest of the Bellababes for teasers and of course, Blogabella

Okay now back to this week's challenge - we had another great sketch (#10) to work with.

Christal ordered this card especially for her Mum!

I stamped Ava Loves to Celebrate onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured her with copics.  My wink of stella pen made her dress sparkle but it's hard to see in the picture.  I added some crystal effects to the icing on the cake and it looks fab if I may say so myself!

Bellariffic Friday - One Layer Wonder

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was "One Layer Wonder".

I stamped Bailey has a Baby onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured it with copics.  As it was just a one layer card, I did a little doodling around the edges and popped the image onto a white note card.  Easy!

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is Sketch #10 and we hope you'll get stamping with us.
