Hugs

I made this for a friend.  Isn't it the perfect image?!  This Squidgie line of images is adorable!!!

I stamped the image, Huggy Squidgies, with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I used the matching Cut it Out die and popped it up on a square and then a circle.  The paper is Simple Stories "Vintage Bliss".  I masked part of the sentiment so I could have some on the front and the rest on the inside.

And look at that cute "mini" version of the image - perfect for the inside (and the envelope).  I also stamped a few hearts that also come with this image in the corner.  I hope this brings a smile to my friends face.

Post Valentine's day - part 2

As promised here are the other Valentine's Day cards I made.  Can I just say how much I love this image, Uptown Galentine Girls!  It is perfect for Valentine's Day but also could be used for any girlfriend occasion.  I made two different cards.  This first one is for my friend Christal.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I added some glossy accents to their cool sunglasses and I love the sparkle I got on that "little black dress" with my Spectrum Noir pen!

I kept this layout pretty simple but for my second card I added a doily and some ribbon...and of course sparkle on their clothes!

On the inside I made it the same as my BFF's card using the sentiment that comes with this image.

I hope you're all enjoying your weekend.

Bellariffic Friday - Use a die

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was to use a die on your card.

I know this looks like a Valentine's card but it's for someone who needs to be reminded they are loved.  I stamped the image Mason Jar of Hearts with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I used a rectangle stitched die to cut the image out and added lots of sparkle to the hearts.  The paper is Simple Stories "Vintage Bliss".

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is Inspiration Challenge 2.  Use anything in the photo to inspire you.

We hope you'll get stamping with us. It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

Post Valentine's Day

Now that Valentine's Day has passed I can show the card that I gave to my BFF.  I used the sweet Huggy Squidgies.  Don't they look like besties?!

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  I added some dots to the one dress and some glitter to their little shoes.  I used the co-ordinating die to cut them out and popped them up for some dimension.  I added a few little glittery red hearts thanks to my Wink of Stella pen.

On the inside I didn't use the sentiment that comes with this image but one from Uptown Galentine Girls.  I love that you can mix and match StampingBella sentiments!

I'll post the other Valentine cards I made on Saturday - because tomorrow is Bellariffic Friday!

Happy Valentine's Day

Love is in the air - Happy Valentine's Day!

I stamped Uptown Girl Lucille Sends her Love with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured her with copics.  The sentiment is from the new release - the Only Gretchen image.  The paper is super sparkly and I added more sparkle on the hearts and her dress because a girl cannot have too much sparkle!

Hope you are all having a lovely week.

Happy Mail

It snowed non-stop today so I stayed inside and stamped - can't think of a better way to spend the day!  I am loving this new image, Tiny Townie Lacey Has A Letter, from the latest release!

I stamped Lacey with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  The paper is MME "Notable".  I added sparkle to all the hearts on her dress and a few enamel dots to finish it off.  Such a cute image!

Bellariffic Friday - Mojobella Sketch 26

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we have Mojobella Sketch 26 as our guide.

I used one of the adorable new images from the latest release Chatty Squidgy.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  The paper is retired SU.

On the inside I stamped the sentiment and the smaller image that comes with this set (I also stamped the smaller image on the front of the envelope so it's matching).  I loved this Squidgy so much I made a second card and used the matching cut it out die.  I added a "hello" word die in the corner.  These gals are just so squishy looking - love them!

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is Use a die on your card.

We hope you'll get stamping with us. It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

Bellariffic Friday - Free Form

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week it's a Free Form challenge, so anything goes.  It's also the first Friday of the month so another image goes on sale for 20% off and this month we feature Uptown Girl Catherine Nibbling Chocolate.  She's perfect for Valentines Day but so many other occasions too!

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured it with copics.  Catherine comes with the sentiment "you overwhelm me with awesomeness" but I used part of the sentiment from the image Mail Chick.  I love to mix and match my sentiments!  The paper is Authentique "Lively".

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is Mojobella Sketch 26.

We hope you'll get stamping with us. It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

Stamp of the month - take 3

I thought I'd show another card I made with the stamp of the month, Thinkingofyouabella 2.0. She is SO fast to colour up!  I followed Elaineabella's hair colouring chart from here (it was an old MarkerGeek Monday) and tried some black hair this time.  If you haven't checked out her MarkerGeek Mondays, you really should - they are amazing and I have learned so much from her.

I stamped the image with Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured her with copics. The paper is retired SU paper.  I kept the layout really simple as the image is just so fab on it's own.  I added the sentiment that comes with the image onto a fishtail flag - love that sentiment!

Don't forget this image is on sale - tomorrow is the last day to order her at 20% off.

Bellariffic Friday - Inspiration challenge #1

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we have our first inspiration challenge of the year - this beautiful photo.

For my inspiration, I took the framed image and the roses and inked up one of the newest releases Tiny Townie Garden Girl Rose.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella’sBestest paper and coloured her with copics.  I used the matching die to cut her out.  The paper is MME Notable and I added the LOVE die and a trio of hearts.  On the LOVE die I covered it with my spectrum noir pen for some sparkle.

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is FREE FORM.  So anything goes, any current image, any layout you wish!

We hope you'll get stamping with us. It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.
