While I had Claudia and all the copics out for this card I decided to make another one.
It's the same layout and same copics except I used YG13 and Y11 for the lollipop. I liked the way Dana made her lollipop on this card and copied it. I didn't layer on the darker pinks on her dress this time. The paper is SU certainly celery and the pattern paper is Melissa Frances Kitschy Kitchen and I think it's a perfect fit for this 'sweet treats' card. Again, no sentiment because I'm not sure who it's going to yet!

Dylan
Ebruabella created a sketch that was so cute from Bellariffic Friday Feb 10/12, I made another card with it! Here's the sketch again.
For this card I used Dylan from Stamping Bella. (Dylan's retired now, probably grounded for listening to his IPod too much!)
I stamped him with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured him with copics.
The pattern paper is MME Lime Twist Out of the Blue with some SU Taken with Teal and Tangerine Tango. I used the polka dots embossing folder and the First Place Award Ribbon banner for the sentiment. Because it's a masculine card, I just wrapped some ribbon and added a button - no glitter and no bows! I'm hoping to impress my sister with my zig-zag stitching! :)

Bellariffic Friday - Baby Shower
Today's Bellariffic Friday is all about showers! Rain showers, bridal or baby.....and I made a baby shower card.
I stamped My Beary Best Friend in Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured him with copics, adding a bit of extra shading with pencil crayons and OMS. I filled in the red heart with an Atyou Spica pen for some sparkle.
The pattern paper is MME Six by Six Everyday Flair with some So Saffron as the background. I used my most fav embossing folder - the swiss dots - it's my "go to" folder! A couple layers of ribbon and I found the perfect charm in my stash! A trio of bonbons finished it off this sweet baby shower card.

Bellariffic Friday - Sketch 7 - Milo missing Millie
Remember this post - Millie minus Milo? Well, I had to give Milo equal time, so today's card features Milo and is a cute little sketch from Ebru. I can't believe we're already up to sketch #7!
I stamped Milo in Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured him with copics, adding a bit of extra shading with pencil crayons and OMS.
The funny thing about this image is before I started colouring Milo, at first glance, I thought he was holding a book with hearts on the cover and wearing a jacket with wide lapels! Go on, have another look at him - please tell me it's not just me? :) Thank goodness I took a closer look! The pattern paper is MME Lime Twist Out of the Blue with some red, olive and not quite navy card stock. The strip across the middle was in with my olive scraps and is the negative from one of my scallop borders. The red paper is embossed with the Harlequin texture plate and I added a black button tied with baker's twine instead of the flower that was on the sketch. I used my red Atyou Spica pen for some sparkle on the hearts because I'm guessing this gift is for Millie! Please note (especially my sister) that I was VERY brave and sewed a zig-zag across the top of the image!
