Bellariffic Friday - Paper Piecing

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was paper piecing.  I love to paper piece - it reminds me of when I was a little girl and we had paper dolls to play with and dress  up!  This week I made two cards with the adorable Snookums - one for a girl and one for a boy.

I stamped Snookums onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured them with copics.  I paper pieced each of their little outfits although on the boy card it's very hard to tell but trust me, I did :)

These came together really quickly even with the paper piecing of their outfits.  There is something about Snookums that just makes me smile.  I have used this image before but always for a boy card so it was nice to make a girl one and she looks just as sweet.

I added a banner with a button tied into a loopy bow.  On the banner I stamped the word "Baby" in pink ink for the girl and gray ink for the boy.

Here are the copics I used.

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is Sketch #18 and this looks like fun!

We hope you'll play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.
